You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission. AI-generated responses and automated communications are provided to assist your business operations.

While SayDial continuously improves its AI capabilities, automated responses may not always be accurate or suitable for every situation. Users remain responsible for reviewing and monitoring communications where appropriate. Subscription fees, usage charges, and billing terms are governed by the pricing plan selected by the customer.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring payments where applicable. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. SayDial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business opportunities, profits, or data.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform if we believe a user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or created a risk to the security or operation of our services. Our services may contain links or integrations with third-party platforms.
